By ordering from Hershey Porch Pumpkins, you agree to the terms below.
Orders are delivered during the week you select at checkout, weather and supply permitting. If a delivery date needs to shift, we will contact you using the email or phone number on your order.
If your engraved pumpkin fails within 30 days of delivery, we will replace it once, free of charge. Contact us at russell@hersheyporchpumpkins.com with your order details.
We reserve the right to decline engraving requests that are offensive, unlawful, or that use a logo or trademark the requester doesn’t have the right to use.
Payment is collected in full at checkout through Stripe. To cancel or change an order, contact us before your delivery week begins.
Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
