FAQ
Months, not days. The engraving is burned into the surface of the pumpkin rather than carved through it, so it holds up for the whole season rather than collapsing the way a gutted jack-o-lantern does after a week or two.
A carved jack-o-lantern is cut all the way through, which means it starts collapsing within about a week and a half. Engraving only marks the surface, so the pumpkin stays whole and holds up for the whole fall season.
